About Le Studio Pilates
Hello and Welcome!
I’m Sharon and I am a certified Pilates teacher offering one-on-one, duet and small group Pilates classes in my studio in the town center of Hudson, Quebec.
At Le Studio Pilates, I tailor each of my classes with your individual needs and goals in mind. Using specialized Pilates equipment, I create highly personalized experiences with a focus on breathing and proper alignment while working your entire body. I modify the exercises to allow for a range of difficulty so no matter your fitness level, your workout will be safe and challenging. Whether your goal is to get stronger and more flexible, work through injuries, gain better balance and posture, or you are just looking to stay fit, Pilates has your back.

More About Me and my love of pilates
I got hooked on Pilates in 2009 after taking my first mat class in Hudson, and since then, I have dedicated all of my spare time since to study everything I can about Pilates.
After moving to Texas in 2015, I decided to pursue my instructor training and I am comprehensively trained and certified by Core Therapy & Pilates in Austin, Texas. After hip surgery in 2019, I used Pilates as part of my rehab and recovery plan and I firmly believe that movement helps heal the body.
When teaching, I use the Pilates method to meet you where your body is at and will modify exercises to help with injuries, limitations and keep you moving. I believe in a balance between building strength and increasing flexibility and mobility to help to keep the body moving and ready for all stages of life.
A self-professed Pilates nerd, I continue to attend workshops with different teachers/methods whenever I can. In pursuit of continued growth I am pursuing a second instructor training in Traditional Pilates at the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.
